As SGS Nutrasource continues into its next chapter of growth, we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate Brad Wallace, who has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the past seven years and as a member of the SGS Nutrasource Board for the past two years.
Brad’s impact on SGS Nutrasource has been transformational helping strengthen the operational foundation of the business while supporting the people and culture behind it.

Over the past seven years, SGS Nutrasource achieved significant milestones under Brad’s leadership, including:
- Growth of revenue and staff count by 400%, while achieving exceptional profitability
- An engaged workplace with voluntary turnover under 5% in 2025
- Implementation of stronger systems and processes, including a team-based organizational structure, systematic operational tracking, and group-based P&L reporting
- Launch of meaningful staff programs such as mentorship (70% participation) and expanding health & safety initiatives, especially critical during COVID-19
- The introduction and acquisition of Nutrasource by SGS, and guiding operational integration alongside a team of 15 key SGS Nutrasource leaders
A defining part of Brad’s leadership has been his dedication to strengthening an inclusive workplace culture where employees feel supported, engaged, and empowered to grow. We are grateful for the strong foundation he leaves behind.
“Looking back on the past seven years at SGS Nutrasource, I am incredibly proud of what we built together. One of the most meaningful parts of this chapter was working closely with William Rowe and the SGS Nutrasource leadership team,” comments Brad Wallace. “It means a lot to me to know the organization is in an excellent position to continue to grow and prosper under the leadership of Joshua Baisley. As I move into my next chapter, I am grateful for the past 30 years of my career and the many teams and colleagues who have shaped the journey along the way, from building my first company Innovative Management Solutions at age 25 with former business partner Don Grant to many enjoyable years at both Jacques Whitford, then Stantec where I served as SVP, Environmental Services Canada leading 1,000 staff across Canada. Most importantly, I am thankful to have been able to balance work with family life and volunteer in a variety of capacities in my local community.”
Now serving as Executive Advisor to SGS Nutrasource leadership for the next three months, Brad will provide transitional leadership support as the business moves forward under the leadership of Joshua Baisley, Head of SGS Nutrasource.
