Joshua Baisley, Head of SGS Nutrasource, leads the organization’s global clinical, regulatory, scientific and certification services platform. With over 20 years of experience across contract research, regulatory strategy, clinical operations, preclinical programs, and quality systems, Joshua brings a deep, practical understanding of how science, compliance, and business execution intersect.

Joshua has spent more than a decade growing within Nutrasource, playing a central role in the expansion of its services and global partnerships. His experience spans across multiple jurisdictions, and the integration of clinical, regulatory, and preclinical strategies to support efficient, high-quality outcomes for clients.

In addition to his scientific and operational leadership, Joshua has driven the development and expansion of Nutrasource’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Assurance function, supporting compliance across all SGS Nutrasource activities. He is known for a rigorous, risk-based approach and has worked extensively with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders to design and execute programs that meet the highest standards of scientific integrity, data quality, and compliance while remaining commercially practical.

Elisa Fernandez is Vice President of Sales & Marketing at SGS Nutrasource, with nearly 15 years of experience across the natural products, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. With a scientific background, she brings a strong evidence-based perspective to commercial strategy, with particular expertise in the biotics space.

Elisa leads global sales and marketing initiatives while driving SGS Nutrasource’s clinical, regulatory, and certifications portfolio, helping to support some of the most prominent ingredient manufacturers and brands worldwide. She is known for her ability to translate complex scientific and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable solutions that help clients bring credible, compliant products to market.
