Joshua Baisley, Head of SGS Nutrasource, leads the organization’s global clinical, regulatory, scientific and certification services platform. With over 20 years of experience across contract research, regulatory strategy, clinical operations, preclinical programs, and quality systems, Joshua brings a deep, practical understanding of how science, compliance, and business execution intersect.

Joshua has spent more than a decade growing within Nutrasource, playing a central role in the expansion of its services and global partnerships. His experience spans across multiple jurisdictions, and the integration of clinical, regulatory, and preclinical strategies to support efficient, high-quality outcomes for clients.

In addition to his scientific and operational leadership, Joshua has driven the development and expansion of Nutrasource’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Assurance function, supporting compliance across all SGS Nutrasource activities. He is known for a rigorous, risk-based approach and has worked extensively with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders to design and execute programs that meet the highest standards of scientific integrity, data quality, and compliance while remaining commercially practical.

Mr. Brown is a high-energy sales professional dedicated to establishing and growing client relationships and identifying strategic business opportunities. With a focus on regulatory and clinical services for the U.S. dietary supplement sector, Mr. Brown brings exceptional skills in strategic sales, customer service, and networking to provide clients with maximum value.

Elisa Fernandez is Vice President of Sales & Marketing at SGS Nutrasource, with nearly 15 years of experience across the natural products, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. With a scientific background, she brings a strong evidence-based perspective to commercial strategy, with particular expertise in the biotics space.

Elisa leads global sales and marketing initiatives while driving SGS Nutrasource’s clinical, regulatory, and certifications portfolio, helping to support some of the most prominent ingredient manufacturers and brands worldwide. She is known for her ability to translate complex scientific and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable solutions that help clients bring credible, compliant products to market.

A collaborative and forward thinker, Elisa is actively engaged in the nutraceutical industry and is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering long-term partnerships, and advancing science-driven innovation.

A result-oriented professional in business development and marketing, Joanna brings over 20 years of international experience in the para-pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical fields, food packaging, functional food ingredients and dietary supplement industries.

Her numerous responsibilities for Canadian, NA, EMEA, and SEA market developments reflected her ability in quick market understanding and specific strategies applied for a winning outcome. She is a team player and relies on the key allies and partners to move initiatives forward. Her language skills in English, French, Polish, German, and Spanish help with a strong relationship building.

In her Senior Account Executive role Joanna Wozniak will contribute to grow SGS Nutrasource’s success and position as a leading CRO by developing new business in clinical trials services in the dietary supplement and natural health products industries.

Leanne Lutomsky is a dedicated sales professional with expertise in navigating the intricate regulatory landscapes of Canada and the U.S. With a Bachelor of Science degree, years of experience in the food industry, and over eight years in regulatory consulting, Leanne excels at guiding clients through the complexities of compliance for foods, natural health products, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and OTC drugs. Her passion for problem-solving and ability to simplify complex challenges make her a trusted partner in achieving regulatory success.

Ms. Rodrigues joined the SGS Nutrasource team in 2019 as Clinical Trial Recruiter and has since transitioned into a marketing role. With a degree in Food & Nutrition and a passion for digital marketing and content production, Ms. Rodrigues brings corporate concepts to life through multimedia marketing and graphic design coupled with advertising strategy.  As Marketing Director, Ms. Rodrigues coordinates and implements marketing, communications, and event activities for SGS Nutrasource including clinical trials, regulatory consulting and certifications.

Dr. Stephanie-Anne Girard, PhD, is Director of Scientific Affairs at SGS Nutrasource, where she leads the development of clinical and regulatory documents and oversees scientific strategy for global clients. With over 17 years of experience, she specializes in clinical trial design, data interpretation, and scientific communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance across complex projects. She has authored peer-reviewed publications and presents regularly at international scientific conferences.

Dr. Girard holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from University of Florida, a Master’s in Pharmacology from Université de Montréal, and a BSc in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University, along with a postdoctoral fellowship through Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.
