With more than 25 years of cross-functional experience in quality and compliance, Antonella has contributed across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consumer health, cosmetic, dietary supplement/natural health product, and medical device sectors. Her career spans a range of leadership and advisory roles focused on the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems.
Throughout her career, Antonella has guided teams through complex compliance and remediation initiatives, helping organizations navigate regulatory challenges, strengthen operational frameworks, and establish sustainable quality practices.
She has been an active member of the Parenteral Drug Association since 2009 and joined the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Advisory Board (RAQAB) in 2025. Antonella holds a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) credential, along with several additional industry certifications that reflect her extensive expertise and commitment to the field. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA.

With over 20 years of experience across contract research, regulatory strategy, clinical operations, preclinical programs, and quality systems, Joshua brings a deep, practical understanding of how science, compliance, and business execution intersect.
Joshua has spent more than a decade growing within Nutrasource, playing a central role in the expansion of its services and global partnerships. His experience spans across multiple jurisdictions, and the integration of clinical, regulatory, and preclinical strategies to support efficient, high-quality outcomes for clients.
In addition to his scientific and operational leadership, Joshua has driven the development and expansion of Nutrasource’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Assurance function, supporting compliance across all SGS Nutrasource activities. He is known for a rigorous, risk-based approach and has worked extensively with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders to design and execute programs that meet the highest standards of scientific integrity, data quality, and compliance while remaining commercially practical.

With over 17 years of experience, she specializes in clinical trial design, data interpretation, and scientific communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance across complex projects. She has authored peer-reviewed publications and presents regularly at international scientific conferences.
Dr. Girard holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from University of Florida, a Master’s in Pharmacology from Université de Montréal, and a BSc in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University, along with a postdoctoral fellowship through Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.

Ben is a Junior Toxicologist with undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Guelph, specializing in toxicology. Ben also has a strong background in nutritional science, with research experience involving the role of omega-3s in inflammation. During his time at Nutrasource, Ben has worked with the US Nutra Regulatory Sciences team to evaluate the safety of food and dietary supplement ingredients on behalf of our clients. This has resulted in several successful GRAS and NDIN submissions. This work has also led to an interest in New Approach Methods (NAMs) for evaluating the safety of new chemicals. Ben is currently an associate member of the Society of Toxicology.
