His experience includes advising companies on clinical study feasibility and selecting appropriate research pathways based on intended claims and market entry strategy. Soumitra holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Public Health (MPH). His multidisciplinary background allows him to bridge scientific, regulatory, and commercial perspectives, translating complex technical considerations into clear, practical guidance for sponsors.

Dr. Stephanie-Anne Girard, PhD, is Director of Scientific Affairs at SGS Nutrasource, where she leads the development of clinical and regulatory documents and oversees scientific strategy for global clients. With over 17 years of experience, she specializes in clinical trial design, data interpretation, and scientific communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance across complex projects. She has authored peer-reviewed publications and presents regularly at international scientific conferences.

Dr. Girard holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from University of Florida, a Master’s in Pharmacology from Université de Montréal, and a BSc in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University, along with a postdoctoral fellowship through Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.
