The Clinical Trials Division

The Clinical Trials Division (CTD) specializes in human clinical studies from complex double-blind, placebo-controlled trials to straightforward bioavailability studies for foods, functional foods, nutraceuticals, natural health products, cosmetics and medical devices.

Through NDI’s 5000-square-foot clinical trials facility, the CTD works with clients to provide full solutions from base concept to publication and health claim development. The CTD can also assist with components of a trial such as subject recruitment, protocol development, diagnostic testing and preparation of publication-ready manuscripts.

Our team of highly trained M.Sc. and Ph.D. level nutritional scientists, certified clinical trials personnel and registered nurses have extensive experience and expertise conducting clinical trials, having completed more than 50 human clinical studies to date.

All studies are conducted according to ICH E.6 guidelines and all of the data resulting from the trial is owned by the client.
